1. Payment. We do not provide terms. Payment needs to be made at the same time your order ships. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you are part of an existing account or major chain, we can look at an exception.
2. Prices Our prices are subject to change. We deal with supply chain issues, transportation rates, exchange rates, taxes, duties, contractual arrangements, competition, etc. Out of necessity, we sometimes need to adjust prices to remain competitive.

1. Returns We don’t take returns. We have no control over where you display our product, how much you charge, or how you run your business. At our sole discretion, on approved returns we will issue a credit for your file. A credit won't be issued until the returned product is received at our head office to confirm it complies with these overall Terms & Conditions.
2. Refunds. We don’t issue refunds, only credits or replacement of product if damaged. This ensures that ultimately you receive the product as ordered. Our success is based on your success, and our business has had a twenty year record of satisfied customers.
3. Damages. If your shipment arrives damaged, please tell your delivery driver to make a note. If you open the case/box to discover the damage, please call us. We must be advised within one week and we will require a picture(s) of the damaged goods. We will either replace the damaged goods or issue a credit for future orders.
4. Restocking Our minimum restocking fee is 20%. However, you must talk to us first for approval and pay for return shipping at your own expense. If you send product back randomly, without notification, or full of stickers in a tattered display, we will either refuse delivery or impose a restocking surcharge that we believe is appropriate and offsets our increased costs or possibility of resale at regular prices.
5. Defects Due to strict quality control we have not had to deal with this problem in the past. However, if any defective filters are received, contact us before returning them. We may not require their return to issue a credit. This is a place to describe your Returndaf and Refund Policy to buyers.
